Your First Studio Photoshoot: What to Expect Step by Step

Step 1: Booking and Confirmation

Book online at lif-studio.online/booking or message the studio directly via WhatsApp. Choose your package, preferred date, and session type. A deposit is required to confirm your slot (₱500 for Debut Elegance, ₱1,000 for Studio Signature and Elite Studio).

You will receive a confirmation with your session details. If you have any questions about what to bring, what to wear, or what to expect, this is the time to ask — before the session day.

Step 2: Arriving at the Studio

Lens Image Factory is at 301 Quezon St. Balibago, Angeles City, Pampanga 2009. Arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled start time. If you are bringing clothes to change into, bring them in a bag that's easy to access.

The studio will greet you, walk you through the setup, show you the available backdrops, and answer any last-minute questions. First-timers often relax significantly once they see how organized and calm the space is.

Step 3: The Makeup and Styling Phase

If your package includes or you have added H&M Styling (₱2,500), this phase begins first. Professional hair and makeup typically takes 60–90 minutes. Use this time to relax and get comfortable in the studio environment.

If you are doing your own makeup, arrive camera-ready. Studio lighting is brighter than natural light — go slightly heavier on foundation and concealer than you normally would, and use a setting powder or spray to control shine.

Step 4: The Photoshoot Itself

Your photographer will begin with a few test shots to set the exposure and check your angles. These first shots are almost never the final selects — they exist to get the technical settings right and to help you warm up.

Every pose will be directed. Your photographer will tell you exactly where to stand, where to look, what to do with your hands, and how to angle your body. You do not need to perform or know what you are doing — you just need to follow direction and trust the process.

The shoot itself is typically 1 to 2 hours depending on your package and number of sets. If a pose or setup is not working, your photographer will simply move on to something different. Nothing is wasted.

Step 5: Receiving Your Photos

After your session, Lens Image Factory selects the strongest images from the shoot and processes them with professional color grading, skin tone enhancement, and retouching. The final enhanced copies are delivered via Google Drive.

Delivery timelines are confirmed at booking. If you need photos urgently — for a professional profile, an event, or a specific deadline — communicate this clearly at the time of booking so the studio can prioritize accordingly.
