How do I book a session at LIF Studio?
Browse our packages on the Services page, pick your session, and click "Book Now". Choose your date, enter your details, and pay the deposit via GCash. Your confirmation email lands in your inbox instantly.
Is the deposit refundable?
Your ₱500–₱1,000 deposit (varies by package) is fully refundable if you cancel 48 hours or more before your session. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit the deposit — no exceptions.
Can I reschedule my session?
Yes, free of charge — just let us know at least 48 hours before your shoot date. Message us on WhatsApp (0908 703 8785) or reply directly to your confirmation email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept GCash and Cash on arrival. The deposit must be paid digitally via GCash to confirm your slot. Your balance can be paid by any method on your shoot day.
How many edited photos do I receive?
Debut Elegance: 20 enhanced digital files. Studio Signature: 30 files. Elite Studio: 50 files. All delivered via Google Drive in full resolution. You can purchase additional edited photos as an add-on.
How long does editing and delivery take?
Standard delivery is 5–21 days depending on your package. Rush 24-hour delivery is available as a paid add-on. Your exact timeline is confirmed at the time of booking.
Do I get the raw (unedited) files?
Raw photos are available as an add-on for ₱1,000. By default you receive fully enhanced digital copies only.
What happens if I arrive late?
Your clock starts at your booked appointment time — not when you arrive. If you are 1 hour late, your deposit may be forfeited. If you are 2+ hours late, your appointment may be cancelled and will have to be rescheduled. Time extensions cost ₱500 per hour.
Do you shoot prenup / engagement sessions?
Yes — prenup and engagement sessions are a specialty. We can shoot in-studio with our gown collection included, or on location around Angeles City and Pampanga.
