Cancellation & Refund Policy

Deposit Policy

A non-refundable ₱1,000 deposit is required to confirm any booking. This deposit is applied toward your total session fee. Without the deposit, your date and time are not guaranteed.

Cancellation — 48+ Hours Before Session

If you cancel your session at least 48 hours before your scheduled shoot date and time, you will receive a full refund of your ₱1,000 deposit within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Cancellation — Less Than 48 Hours

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled session forfeit the ₱1,000 deposit. This policy exists because last-minute cancellations prevent other clients from booking that slot.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session free of charge if you contact us at least 48 hours before your shoot date. Rescheduling within 48 hours is subject to a ₱500 rescheduling fee. Rescheduled sessions must take place within 60 days of the original date.

No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for your session without prior notice, the deposit is forfeited and no rescheduling will be offered without a new booking and deposit.

Weather & Unforeseen Events (On-site sessions)

For on-site shoots, if severe weather or force majeure prevents the session, LIF Studio will offer a free reschedule at no charge. We'll contact you at least 24 hours in advance when possible.

Photo Delivery Guarantee

We guarantee delivery of your edited photos within the timeframe stated in your package. If we fail to deliver on time due to our error, we will offer a complimentary add-on or partial refund at our discretion.
